Shipping costs

These are ALL included in the prices. Yes, for real. Not much else to say!

We have accounts with DPD, FedEx and DHL and use whichever gets our cabs to our customers in a timely fashion at the best price. You may have a personal preference but unfortunately we're not able to accommodate that. At the time of writing we're most often using DPD for closer and FedEx for further deliveries but I'm sure it will change again. Also, it's not really shipping, it's air freight. UK is next working day. Everywhere else is usually less than a week.

Sometimes custom clearances slow things down but you'll receive communication about that the relevant courier if so and if you have any issues we can help speed things along.

 

If you live in the south east of England and want to collect from the factory, that's fine by us - saves the time and cost of packing, and the time and cost of shipping. We'll refund you whatever you save us.

If you'd like to use your own courier instead, sorry, that's not something we can allow. It's already complicated enough without adding third parties that we don't have contracts and existing relationships with.
