Basically we're running into the inevitable challenge which is that there's only one of me (Alex) at Barefaced and I'm the best person at figuring at what you need (and no, we can't do it with AI unless you can figure out how to use AI to get all the error-checked data out of my brain - because the internet is too full of wrong data for AI to do this).
For tax reasons, if you're in the UK select "UK", if you're anywhere else select "Everywhere else". I'll then prioritise enquiries which have a deposit against them. And once your deposit has been processed by a human at this end we can send you a discount code to deduct the deposit from your order (or we can edit your deposit order to add what you've chosen). If you decide a Barefaced cab isn't for you then we'll refund your deposit. And if you decide to delay your order for whatever reason we can refund your deposit.
Enquiry volumes rise and fall, and the other work I have to do here ebbs and flows, so it's my hopeful intention that I'll still be able to answer all the less immediate enquiries, enquiries about new amps for your Barefaced, enquiries about a secondhand Barefaced cab you've seen elsewhere, ponderings about some crazy rig idea you might like to do next year using a product we don't yet make, etc etc. I really do like the more obscure enquiries, product suggestions, and general madcap musical ideas so keep them coming - just don't expect as fast a response!
