The rig was brilliant!

I’ve played just about every rig combo, from Black Widows to SVTs and GK/Hartke stacks, even the high-end Crown/Cetec Gauss rigs.

Still smiling, and it’s two days later!

Barefaced Audio is the pinnacle of what bass cabs should be.

08/08/26 - Reformer 112 (Neo Creamback) - USA

Hey Alex, quick question about the Reformer 112 low cut:

I just got this cab and I always confirm a proper load before plugging in my tube amps to any cab by measuring the resistance across the positive/negative terminals of a plugged in speaker cable. With the low cut in the off position, I am measuring approximately 8 ohms from a Neo Creamback 8 ohm driver, but when I switch the low cut on I am unable to measure any resistance on my multimeter.

I just wanted to ask if this is normal behavior, and if there is any way to confirm that it is safe to operate with the low cut on with my tube amps?

Thanks, and the cab sounds phenomenal!

Mitch

Hi Mitch,

Yes, that's absolutely normal and it's fine. Glad it's sounding good!

Best regards,

Alex

07/08/26 - Super Twin - USA

I forgot to tell you how much I am enjoying my Super Twin.  So much fantastic sound from such a small, lightweight cab.

I always wanted the Super Twin but went for the Six10, Two10 and mighty Eight10 first. This one definitely has its place in my stash.

Keep up the great work!

My 30:24 arrived yesterday safe and sound. This thing is amazing! Just like you said, punchy, fat and weighty… the note, NOT the cab.

Again this one is comically light. Looking forward to many years enjoying it.

I could see this being a big seller for you if you brought it into the regular production line.

I have several of your cabs and each one is great.

Thanks again and keep up the great work!

Just wanted to say that I have been LOVING my Six10… arguably one of the best bass cabinets I’ve ever heard.

Was able to run it as a backline recently and got to hear 3 other bassists run their own gear through it and every single one sounded amazing.

Quick few words to say how much I’m loving the 15:24 cab so far! It does exactly what Alex said it would do, which is exactly why I wanted one. Only one rehearsal in but very happy. More words to follow once I’ve done a bit more rehearsing and gigging with it 🙂

29/07/26 - One10 - Germany

Hi Isaac and the barefeced team,

I love your new workflow! Four weeks flat from order placement to dispatch, very cool!

VAT to Germany for the One10 was around 130 Euro, in case someone asks.

I don't understand why I didn't buy a One10 right away 16 months ago, every household should have one, it's so cool that it fits really anywhere! How can a cab this small and light sound so massive? While the Super Compact with the 12XN is still my favourite, the One10 is just unbeatable as a really small standalone cab. At home it sounds incredibly huge, and in the rehearsal room with moderately loud accompaniment it punches like a champ, doesn't flinch at low notes at all. Alex demonstrated this already in one of his videos, but to experience it for real is on another level. With a little EQing I got somewhere near the sound of the SC, although the 10CR maintains a different character than the 12XN, but for cramped and not too loud places I find this no problem at all.  The dispersion is unbelievable! In a very cramped room I practically stood over the cab, and I had no problem whatsoever hearing a beautiful and clear bass sound.

THANK YOU VERY MUCH ONCE AGAIN BAREFACED!!

Hi Alex,

I'm pretty happy with the results! You guys get a super thick coat on and is a touch glossier and heavier than I could get but very happy with the results and the cabinet! The BB3 is outstanding! I had two smaller venue gigs over the weekend and it sounds amazing! Can't wait to receive my big twin 😁

I made locator footholds to stack the cabs/amp.

Thanks,

Danny

I got my Super Twin about a month ago, I love it. Gotta get some pics and write a review in next couple of months. Happy days.

Hi Isaac & team,

The cab has arrived (just in time – today is the last working day before vacations), looks extremely nice and already sounds great.

Thank you for a job extremely well done, and best regards
